Changes at WPCJ TV

After a couple months off trying to figure out how to fit Pop Culture Junkie TV into my busy schedule...I've decided on an at least temporary program change.

Look for more random postings...a mix of occassional old television programs and cool cult movies. And we're gonna start this joint off right! Check out the mockumentary STILL CRAZY about a seventies English band called Strange Fruit, who despite a ton of odd behavioral issues, get back together and hit the road. Trust me...you'll dig it lads!

Kicking it old school on Monday night with an August 4, 1984 match between Sal Belloromo and Bob Backlund, plus August 10th history with Hulk Hogan's 1996 NWO win over The Giant at Hogwild for the WCW World title, Kane & Mankind vs. Steve Austin & the Undertaker vs. Rocky Maivia & D-Lo Brown vs. Billy Gunn & the Road Dog for the WWF Tag title in 98, Chris Jericho vs. Stevie Ray for the WCW Television title also in 1998 and then an indie 2007 match Jimmy Superfly Snuka Vs. Tommy Wildfire Rich.

Cinema Sunday - John Hughes

In honor of John Hughes...the greatest 80's to early 90's films ever to turn up on Saturday afternoon TV! Well...at least their trailers! Includes a trailer for an upcoming Hughes documentary and a cool ending montage!

Solid Saturday - Land of the Lost
